My Fellow Brothers,
I want to thank my chapter for giving me the opportunity to serve them this term. This year Woapalanne is looking forward to winning awards and raising the attendance of youth. This year we will follow an idea "bringing back the old and starting new" not only as we strive to gain more members but also to remember our history of our chapter. We will also continue and uphold our duty and service to Tipisa, our district, and troops. More people will remember Woapalanne this year and the years to come for what chapter does. So watch out Tipisa because Woapalanne is "Inspired to Lead, Dedicated to Serve".
